Darien Elementary School (3-4)

Opera for the Young came to Darien Elementary School Tuesday, February 28th! The company presented Barber of Seville. A chorus of students appeared onstage, performing right alongside Opera for the Young’s professional artists. Those 14 students did a fabulous job preparing before school once a week for six weeks, practicing at home and performing for their classmates, teachers, parents, siblings and grandparents! 💛 Congratulations to these Darien students who got to perform with the Opera for the Young, third graders, Katie Anderson, Pamela Hansen, Olivia Sandberg and Kamryn Frenzel. The fourth graders were Kinsleigh Hooverson, Grace Green, Victoria Reed, Natalie Turner, Jase Meinen, Adah Rodriguez, Callie Santoya, and Oakley Hilgerson.
