Phoenix Middle School proudly took 2nd place at the annual Middle School Academic Bowl on March 14, 2025, competing against teams from five districts. Students showcased their talents in math, science, language arts, and social studies. Several students earned top individual honors, and Phoenix teams earned 1st and 2nd place ribbons in the Current Events competition. Congrats to all our scholars for their hard work, teamwork, and academic excellence!

Honorable Mentions: We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to all Phoenix students who were broken down into three teams to compete in the Current Events team competition. The students supported one another throughout the event. We've witnessed remarkable displays of knowledge, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Team 1 (Hazel Schoofs-Weisensel, Grace Johnson, Ross Mazza, Riley Wachtveitl, Lucien Echeverria) received first place ribbons.
Team 2 (Caleb Alter, Charlotte Malloy, Jianni Manriquez, Lane Whalen, Celeste Esquivel Gama) received second place ribbons. There were 15 teams all together.
