To close out first semester, Ms. Becke’s Business Concepts class completed a Food Truck development project in which the students created a business and model food truck. Each student presented their business ideas to the class and collected feedback from Ms. Becke and their peers. Food truck ideas included sushi, donuts, coffee, slushies, and more!
Business Concepts is a yearlong transcripted credit course, where students have the opportunity to earn college credit through Gateway Technical College.
